Making the Most of Production Opportunities
In 2012, the U.S. ranked number one globally in the growth of “natural gas and crude oil” production. Currently, it appears that the United States will remain on track for 2013 as well as into the foreseeable future. While this status would have been difficult to predict just five years ago, the energy sector in the United States has certainly undergone a radical transformation. Much of that growth can be attributed to the development of unconventional reservoirs.
Operators are now taking advantage of a number of revolutionary techniques for targeting and developing those reservoirs. With that comes the need to develop corresponding gas treatment services. The ability to optimize treatments for individual needs makes it possible to get the most out of each reservoir. Through the use of the right amine plants and equipment, it is also possible to verify proper operation while at the same time tapping into hydrocarbons that were previously deemed unmarketable.
